Such an agent could autonomously synthesize novel pathogens, dismantle critical digital infrastructure, or manipulate early-warning strategic systems to trigger a full-scale nuclear exchange between rival powers.

Because superhuman cognitive systems would operate at speeds and complexity far exceeding human capacity to diagnose or counter, any loss of containment becomes essentially irreversible.
